🐾 Shipping Options Across the USA & Puerto Rico

Once full payment is received and the adoption contract is signed, shipping arrangements will be made. We offer safe, hands-on delivery options to get your new Munchkin kitten home quickly and comfortably.

✈️ Pet Nanny Delivery (Recommended)

Our trusted VIP Pet Nanny will personally accompany your kitten in-cabin and hand-deliver them to your nearest major airport.

  • Available across the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii

  • Includes cuddle time, feeding, and updates during travel

  • Cost: $100–$250 (varies by location)

You’ll receive photos of your kitten on the day of travel to ease your mind and keep you updated every step of the way.

 

🚗 Ground Delivery (Regional Only)

Safe, temperature-controlled ground transportation is available in select regions.

Note: Due to extreme summer heat and airline restrictions, we do not ship kittens as cargo. All kittens must travel in-cabin ( With pet nanny ).

We know how important your new companion is to you. That’s why we provide a comprehensive health warranty with every kitten.

We follow ethical breeding practices, provide premium nutrition, and keep every kitten up-to-date on veterinary care before they leave our home.

What’s Included With Every Munchkin Kitten:

  • 1-Year Warranty Against Genetic or Congenital Defects

  • Up-to-date Vaccinations & Deworming

  • Health Record & Vet Wellness Certificate

  • Litter-Trained & Eating Solid Food

  • Socialized with People, Pets, and Daily Activity

Part 1: Immediate Health Warranty

To protect both you and the kitten, we require that you have your new Munchkin kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours (4 days) of pickup or delivery.

If your vet determines the kitten is unfit for sale due to illness or health defect, we will:

  • Offer a full refund of the purchase price (shipping is not refundable)

  • Pay for the return shipping if your kitten was delivered via Pet Nanny

  • Require a written diagnosis from your veterinarian

⚠️ Please note: We do not cover veterinary fees. Refunds are issued only for kittens deemed unfit for sale by a licensed vet within the 96-hour window.

Part 2: Genetic & Congenital Defect Warranty (1 Year)

If your kitten is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic or congenital defect before reaching 12 months of age, we will offer a replacement kitten of equal value from a future litter.

Examples of covered conditions include:

  • Serious heart defects

  • Progressive neurological disorders

  • Other life-limiting genetic diseases

Conditions NOT covered include:

  • Minor heart murmurs

  • Allergies or treatable conditions

  • Illnesses caused after leaving our care

We may request a second veterinary opinion at our expense, if needed.

🚨 Important Health Policy Notes

  • The 96-hour exam is mandatory for Part 1 of the warranty.

  • No refunds or exchanges are available for kittens that fall ill after the 96-hour period unless covered by the genetic warranty.

  • The warranty applies only to the original buyer listed on the adoption contract.

With each shipped kitten, you’ll receive:

  • Food sample & feeding guide

  • Vet health record

  • Snuggle blanket with mother/sibling scent

  • Toys to ease the transition

  • Travel carrier (on request, optional fee)
